1 Digital Products

IBBI primarily provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

Other Virtual Assets

Because these products are delivered digitally, they are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered to your account.

3 Failed Transactions

4 Unauthorized Transactions

6 Damaged or Modified Products

Digital products that have been activated, modified, transferred, misused, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or refund.

As stated by IBBI, damaged or modified products are not accepted for return.

7 Promotional Rewards

Coins, rewards, bonuses, promotional gifts, Top Moment rewards, Level rewards, referral rewards, and campaign benefits are granted at the sole discretion of IBBI.

                    Such promotional benefits generally cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.

Approval or rejection depends on:

Delivery status
Technical verification
Fraud detection results
